My approach to counselling is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experiences. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

Together, we will focus on reconnecting with your strengths, exploring what matters most to you, and finding ways to move forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My work is informed by Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. I support clients in gently exploring the stories they hold about themselves, becoming curious about patterns that may no longer feel supportive, and nurturing self-compassion. I offer a trauma-informed space where vulnerability is welcomed, and where you are invited to be yourself - just as you are.

I aim to provide a counselling environment that is warm, affirming, and centered on your lived experience. I recognize how personal history, social expectations, and broader systems can shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world.

My goal is to offer thoughtful, individualized support that meets you where you are. Whether you are working through something difficult or simply looking for a supportive space to talk, I am here to walk alongside you.
